●Description of ChangeSilicon Labs is pleased to announce the successful qualification of ASECL WLCSP BOM in RS9116/RS14100 B00 assembled at ASEKR.ASECL is an existing WLCSP site and ASEKR is an existing assembly site for Silicon Labs, and both sites are certified to ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF16949.Upon the PCN effective date, Silicon Labs will ship from either qualified assembly site, JCET and ASEKR.
●Reason for Change: Alternate BOM and capacity expansion for supply assurance.
