TVS Diode Arrays SP1250-01ETG

The SP1250 unidirectional TVS is fabricated in a proprietary silicon avalanche technology. These diodes provide a high ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection level for electronic equipment. The SP1250 TVS can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes of ±30 kV (contact and air discharge as defined in IEC 61000-4-2) without any performance degradation. Each device can dissipate up to 50A 8/20μs surge event.

●High surge capability, 50A (8/20μs) and Low clamping performance, 8.7V (TYP, Ipp=50A) together offers more robust protection against electrical threats.
●Low leakage current, 0.02μA (TYP) at 5V extends longer operating life.
●An AEC-Q101 qualifiedsolution in a SOD-882 DFN package ( 0402 footprint) enables easycompact mounting with excellent performance.
