GXHT3X Humidity and Temperature Sensor
GXHT3X is the GXCAS’s temperature and humidity sensors.The GXHT3X has increased intelligence, reliability and improved accuracy specifications compared to its predecessor.Its functionality includes enhanced signal processing,two distinctive and user selectable I2C addresses and communication speeds of up to 1 MHz. The DFN package has a footprint of 2.5x2.5mm2 while keeping a height of 0.9mm. This allows for integration of the GXHT3X into a great variety of applications. Additionally,the wide supply voltage range of 2.4V to 5.5V guarantees compatibility with diverse assembly situations.

■Converts Temperature to 16-Bit Digital Word in 2ms
