High-Accuracy, Ultra-Low-Power, 16-bit Relative Humidity and Temperature Sensor - GXHT4x

The GXHT4x is a new-generation single-chip integrated temperature and humidity sensor from Galaxy-CAS. It offers high accuracy and ultra-low power consumption, with relative humidity accuracy up to ±1%RH and temperature accuracy up to ±0.1 °C. The sensor operates with a supply voltage of 1.6 V to 5.5 V and has an average current of 0.4 µA at a measurement rate of 1 Hz. It features configurable I²C addresses, a built-in heater for anti-dew occasions, and a resolution of 0.01%RH, 0.01℃. The operating range is 0-100%RH, -40~125 °C, and it communicates via I²C interface with up to 1 MHz.
