171114156 EM355 and EM357 Foundry Addition Process Change Notice
●Description of Change:
Silicon Labs is pleased to announce the successful qualification of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Ltd. (TSMC) Fab3 (TSMC3) as an additional Fabrication site for EM355 and EM357 extended operating temp (-40 to +125) parts.
TSMC’s Fab3 is already in use as an additional Fabrication site for the EM355 and EM357 standard operating temp (-40 to +85) parts. TSMCs sites are certified to ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO/TS16949.
