SL18860, SL18861, SL18862, SL18863 Assembly Site Addition (ASECL)
●Description of Change:
Silicon Labs is pleased to announce the successful addition of ASECL (Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Chung Li) as an additional Assembly site for the SL18860, SL18861, SL18862 and SL18863 products.ASECL is an existing Assembly site for Silicon Labs, and is certified to ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO/TS16949.
As of the effective date of the PCN, Silicon Labs may assemblefrom either of the qualified Assembly sites.
The following table shows the BOM for both sites.
●Reason for Change:
Increase assembly capacity and ensure dual sourcing.
●Impact on Form, Fit, Function, Quality, Reliability:
Change in BOM as specified in the BOM table above. No changes to Fit, Function, Quality and Reliability
