Due to the low R_DSon and low leakage current, this part provides extended hours of operation – especially in battery mode. The MMFTP3401 comes in the SOT-23 outline and allows up to 4A drain current at a R_DSon less than 65mΩ. The parts are well suited up to -30V and can be controlled via logic level – this is a great advantage for these applications.
