Connection Mode of M2M modems for Data Transparent Transmission

M2m modems (data transmission unit) is a device used for wireless data transmission, which can remotely transmit the data of serial ports, Ethernet and other devices through the 4G network. For data transparent transmission, M2m modems can be connected in the following ways:

MQTT protocol supports publish-subscribe mode, which can realize efficient message transmission and data transparent transmission.


HTTP connection: M2M modems can also transmit data transparently through HTTP connection. It can act as an HTTP client to send data to a server, or as an HTTP server to receive data from other devices. HTTP connections typically use the HTTP POST or GET method to transfer data.


It should be noted that different M2m modem devices and application scenarios may support different connection modes, and the specific connection mode shall be determined according to the device specifications and application requirements. At the same time, in order to ensure the security of data transmission, it is recommended to adopt appropriate encryption and authentication measures in data transmission.
