IO-Link Modules from ELCO Enable High Data Transparency and at the Same Time Builds a Bridge to the IT Level
IO-Link from ELCO. Or in other words: The solution for smart communication between machines and process optimization. ELCO IO-Link modules are compatible with photoelectric sensors, proximity sensors, and various other devices from automation technology. This enables high data transparency and at the same time builds a bridge to the IT level. ELCO supplies you with IO-Link master stations and IO-Link hubs for process-safe data acquisition, transmission, and machine communication - in less than 14 weeks.
IO-Link in a nutshell
IO-Link is a technology for communication control down to the lowest automation level. The IO-Link master transmits the signals from sensors and actuators to the controller via the fieldbus. No special communication cables are required for this; conventional unshielded industrial connectors are sufficient. The IO-Link masters from ELCO support up to 8 IO-Link interfaces with Class A or Class B specification, as required. The modules meet the requirements of IO-Link v1.1 and always provide the appropriate transmission speed with COM1 (4.8kbps), COM2 (38.4kbps), and COM3 (230.4kbps).
ELCO IO-Link sensor hubs at a bargain price
ELCO IO-Link hubs are compatible with IO-Link sensors of all types and manufacturers. They can also be coupled with sensors and actuators of the same switching signals. The modules also comply with IO-Link v1.1 and support the COM2 communication rate (38.4kbps). Whether with an IO-Link master from ELCO or another manufacturer's model, the connection always works perfectly. The large sensor hubs offer space for up to 16 switching signals; in combination with an 8-port IO-Link master, a transmission of no less than 128 switching signals is possible.
