3PEAK Unveiled Single-Channel 16-Bit/18-Bit SAR ADCs, with Breakthroughs in Converter Segmentation
3PEAK, a semiconductor company focusing on the development of high-performance analog chips and embedded processors, has recently unveiled the 16-bit single-channel fully differential SAR ADC — TPC5160, 16-bit single-channel pseudo-differential SAR ADC — TPC5161, and 18-bit single-channel fully differential SAR ADC— TPC5180. These products adopt SPI communication and support the daisy-chain multi-channel cascade mode. With an operating temperature ranging from −40℃ to +125℃, these products are widely used in data acquisition, instruments, industrial automation control, automatic test equipment, medical equipment, and other fields.
