For more than 30 years, we have been supplying semiconductor elements which take advantage of the thyristor construction to have various characteristics such as SIDAC and two-terminal Thyristor Surge Suppressors, etc. to the communications, lighting and motorcycle markets.
Recently in this market, the demand for guaranteed high temperatures has been increasing, and we have developed and started mass production of the "KC5FB60HRT" which guarantees a junction temperature of 150°C while still being a high-sensitivity product.
