Abstract:

Evercare Hospital is part of Evercare Group, present in over 25 cities, with 30+hospitals, 15 clinics and 50+ diagnostic centers across 2 continents, in their mission to provide quality healthcare in emerging markets. The Evercare Groupis operating as an integrated healthcare delivery platform in emerging markets across Africa and South Asia, including India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Kenya and Nigeria.

Critical Needs:

Evercare Hospital needs a Micro Data Center (MDC) for building and security administration, IT equipment arrangements, and the necessity to implement a data backup structure. They wanted to improve the current hospital situation and make the management system smarter, faster, cost-effective, and self-controlled, therefore MDC represents a great solution that can satisfy their critical need. With the implementation of a modern micro data center, hospital communications, medical data transmission, patient monitoring, and other relevant tasks can be performed simultaneously. The main goal for the hospital was to create a digital data center that combines IoT Technolog yallowing them to adapt and integrate their services into the new technological era.

ROSENBERGER's Solution:

“Lyra RMDC Solution with “2 ways power input + 3AC+ Intelligent PDU+ AItechnology.”

Reliability, real-time monitoring, and emergency management were the key requirements for the Hospital. Rosenberger's solution provided two main power inputs with the STS Power management system, ensuring a continuous and stable power supply even if there is an unexpected failure. To improve the cooling performance, thesystem adopts redundant group control technology to keep AC self-adjusted from30%~100% based on their capacity. AI technology has enabled a fast, secureidentification and confirmation of operators by using biometric tools such as face recognition and finger print sensor, providing an additional level of security since every access to maintain the system will be recorded and stored into the server.

Appraising from Customer:

Rosenberger's fast delivery times, helped the project management team to accomplish the established date avoiding any delay on the project. After a quick installation (approximately 3h) and a fast deployment, the hospital was able to perform a true data center experience. “Lyra is an amazing product, I have never seen a data center that can be deployed so fast, we can manage it everywhere and every time” were the words Said by IT Manager of Evercare Hospital. “More important thing is Lyra get 40% room saving and 35% CAPEX dropping, I like it.” Were the words said by facilities director.
