XC2362 is a 500KSPS, 12 bit, sampling A/D converter chip with basic features of high resolution, high speed, low power consumption, small size, and unipolar. This converter is based on a successive approximation register architecture with an internal sample and hold circuit.

The XC2362 is an ultra-low power analog-to-digital converter powered by a single power supply ranging from 2.35V to 3.6V, with a power-saving mode that consumes only 0.43mA of current from a single 3V power supply. Adopting a 6-pin SOT-23 package, the operating temperature range is -40 ℃ to 85 ℃. Very suitable for compact, low-power, high-speed systems.

XC2362 can replace LTC2362 pin to pin, and the dynamic power consumption at high voltage is less than half of it, significantly extending the battery's working time.

XC2362 is now in mass production and widely used in communication systems, data acquisition systems, handheld portable devices, uninterruptible power supply equipment, battery power supply systems, vehicle electronic devices, and other fields. At present, our main customers are distributed in the fields of automatic control and automation equipment, lasers, laser/optical intelligent equipment, and fiber optic devices.

XC2362 adopts advanced technology and optimized design, and has obvious cost-effectiveness advantages compared to similar products.
