The JD series is a semi-rigid cable with a seamless annealed copper tube coated with ternary alloy as its outer conductor. Due to the enclosed structure of the shielding layer, the cable has the best shielding performance and the smallest outer conductor loss.

  • Outer conductor: 

The outer conductor of JD086 cable is made of a seamless copper tube with a diameter of about 2.2mm. The outer conductor's design not only provides electromagnetic shielding but also supports the cable's overall shape through its rigid structure.


  • Protective layer (if required): 

Some production processes increase the wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and flame retardancy of the cable by adding a protective layer.
