Following the successful introduction of the G32A1445 series in 2023, Geehy proudly announces the new G32A1465 series of general-purpose automotive MCUs. This upgraded series addresses the growing demands of intelligent driving applications, featuring enhanced computational capabilities, extensive communication interfaces, and analog peripherals to simplify system design.

The G32A1465 series fully complies with IATF 16949 quality standards and is ideal for various automotive applications, including Battery Management Units (BMU), Body Control Modules (BCM), charging stations, intelligent cockpits, seat controllers, HVAC systems, T-BOX, and automotive lighting.

Empowering Multifunctional Scenarios with a New General-Purpose Automotive MCU Platform

Manufactured with advanced 40nm process technology, the G32A1465 series adheres to automotive-grade design principles, ensuring high performance, safety, and reliability. It operates efficiently within a temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃. Equipped with the advanced Arm® Cortex®-M4F core and a built-in Floating Point Unit (FPU), it achieves a maximum operating frequency of 112MHz@1.25DMIPS/MHz, meeting real-time response and control needs.

The G32A1465 series offers expanded storage with up to 1024KB Flash, 128KB SRAM, 64KB Data Flash, and 4KB CFGRAM for SRAM or EEPROM. It supports more real-time tasks and enhances system flexibility and scalability. Operating within a power supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, it includes power-on and low voltage reset, low voltage detectors, and three operating modes: low power, fast operation, and stop mode. It also features quick wake-up functionality and low-power peripherals.

Robust Information Security

The G32A1465 series supports user communication and software encryption services, featuring a Cryptographic Service Engine (CSEc) that implements a full set of Secure Hardware Extension (SHE) functions. On-chip storage units are fully covered by an Error Correction Code (ECC) to detect and correct data errors. Hardware security features include Secure Boot, a built-in System Memory Protection Unit (MPU), a cyclic redundancy check (CRC) module, and internal and external watchdog monitors (EWM).

Comprehensive Software and Hardware Ecosystem to Strengthen Development Support

The G32A1465 series offers extensive and efficient development support, including AUTOSAR MCAL driver software, free source code, and EB configuration tools that comply with ASPICE software development process standards and ISO 26262 ASIL-B functional safety levels. It supports adaptation to mainstream BSW software like Vector, facilitating debugging, platform migration, and design upgrades. This standardization significantly reduces development complexity, cycle time, and costs.

Additionally, Geehy supports mainstream Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) such as KEIL and IAR, enabling customers to achieve rich functionalities while ensuring excellent product performance within existing hardware resources. This enhances system reliability and ensures the compatibility and interoperability of automotive network communication systems. Accompanying resources such as EVAL boards, SDKs, hardware reference designs, and technical documentation facilitate rapid development, debugging, and application of products.

The G32A1465 series general-purpose automotive MCUs are available in LQFP64 and LQFP100 packages and are now in mass production. Samples can be requested.
