Floating Connectors are effective in addressing substrate alignment errors during automatic assembly. They are commonly used in equipment that combines multiple substrates densely. GREENCONN has developed a range of floating connectors with pitches of 0.5mm, 0.635mm, and 0.8mm, and stacking heights ranging from 6.3mm to 30mm. These connectors are widely employed in high vibration environments, such as automatic assembly, automobiles, and industrial applications. Its double contact design enables flexible error tolerance for connector displacement during vibration.

Greenconn's newly released GC04 series floating board-to-board connector boasts a design with a pitch of 0.5mm, and combines power terminals and signal terminals in a hybrid structure. The exceptional design allows for current transmission of up to 6A and high-speed data transmission of 8Gbps.


The GC04 series floating connector consists of a floating end (GGAC201-B003) and a fixed end (CGAC204-B001). These two ends can hold a maximum stacking height of 20mm and allow a floating range of 0.5mm in the X/Y/Z axes directions, ensuring a stable and reliable connection. The surface-mounted weld tab, power pins, and signal pins create a compact structure that is perfectly suited for applications in confined spaces and harsh environments.
