YXC Active Q uartz Crystal Oscillator, Frequency 24MHz, 3225 Package, Used in Blood Oximeter
A pulse oximeter is a medical device used to measure the oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate in the blood. It is usually a portable electronic device that is widely used in clinical medicine, emergency treatment, operating rooms, rehabilitation centers, and home care. It can be used to monitor the patient's blood oxygen level during surgery, rehabilitation, or daily life, and to promptly detect and treat conditions such as hypoxemia.

In a pulse oximeter, a crystal oscillator is usually used to provide a reference clock signal to ensure that the various electronic components and modules in the device can work synchronously, thereby achieving accurate data collection, processing, and display.
Many pulse oximeters are equipped with a display or LED indicator for real-time display of data such as blood oxygen saturation and pulse rate. The crystal oscillator is used to control the refresh rate of the display to ensure that the displayed data and graphics can be presented to the user in a smooth and stable manner.
In addition, some advanced pulse oximeters may have a communication interface for transmitting the collected data to an external device, such as a computer or smartphone, for further analysis and recording. The clock signal provided by the crystal oscillator is used to synchronize the data transmission of the communication interface to ensure that the data can be accurately transmitted and received.
In response to customer needs, YXC launched the OT2JI-111-24M material in the YSO110TR series of active crystal oscillators. The following are the typical parameters of OT2JI-111-24M in the application characteristics of blood oximeters:
1. 24MHz active crystal oscillator, total frequency difference ±30PPM (-40~+85℃ operating temperature), high precision, low jitter, providing accurate clock frequency for large-capacity, high-speed data exchange, ensuring data transmission stability;
2. 3225 ultra-small and ultra-thin package size, providing an ideal solution for space-constrained circuit design;
3. 1.8-3.3V wide operating voltage range, wider application scenarios; suitable for medical products such as blood oximeters, medical robots, surgical robots, endoscopes, etc.
4. RoHS compliant, green, and environmentally friendly.
