ONPOW Quality Log (1) – How We Test the Push Button Switch Product’s Lifespan
This is a lengthy process. Standard push button switch must ensure a mechanical lifespan of at least 100,000 cycles and an electrical lifespan of at least 50,000 cycles. Each batch undergoes random sampling, and ONPOW testing equipment operates 24/7 throughout the year without interruption.
Mechanical lifespan testing involves repeatedly actuating the sampled buttons and recording their maximum usage cycles. Products that meet or exceed ONPOW standards are deemed qualified. Electrical lifespan testing involves passing the maximum rated current through the sampled products and recording their maximum usage cycles.
Through these rigorous testing methods, ONPOW ensure that each product maintains excellent performance and reliability throughout its lifespan.
