YXC Differential Oscillator, with a Frequency of 156.25MHz, HCSL Output, and an Operating Temperature Range of -40℃ to 105℃, is Intended for Use in Gateways
Gateway is also called an Internet connector and a protocol converter. The gateway implements network interconnection above the network layer. It is a complex network interconnection device and is only used for network interconnection between two high-level protocols with different protocols. Gateways can be used for both WAN interconnection and LAN interconnection.
The gateway is capable of converting one communication protocol into another, realizing network communication and data collection of PLC, HMI, CNC, DCS, MES, etc. It can realize flexible Internet communication according to different on-site network environments, and realize intelligent collection, data collection, etc. It has many functions such as filtering, alarm calculation, transition triggering, formula calculation, grouping strategy and other edge computing functions. It can be used in data collection, equipment networking, remote maintenance, etc.

The gateway has high quality requirements for crystal oscillators, which are mainly reflected in the following aspects:
1. Frequency stability: The gateway requires the crystal oscillator to have high frequency stability to ensure that the equipment can operate normally in different working environments.
2. Temperature characteristics: The gateway may work in various temperature environments, so the crystal oscillator is required to have good temperature characteristics to prevent frequency deviation caused by temperature changes.
3. Anti-interference ability: Gateways usually connect to a variety of smart devices and need to have strong anti-interference capabilities to ensure the stability of information transmission between devices.
The OB2EFD112-156.25M material in the YSO230LR series of active crystal oscillators launched by YXC. The following are the typical parameters of OB2EFD112-156.25M and their application characteristics in gateways:
1. 156.25MHz differential oscillator provides accurate clock signal for the system. This series supports 13.5-200MHz frequency range.
2. Within the range of -40~+105℃, the frequency stability is ±50PPM, high precision and low jitter, ensuring the stability of high-speed data transmission without packet loss;
3. Differential dual signal output eliminates common mode noise, thereby outputting a single-ended signal with twice the amplitude;
4. HSCL mode, high-speed current steering logic, mainly used for high-speed serial computer expansion bus standards, serving communication fields such as switches, servers, gateways, etc.
