TYU’s New 2.0mm Single Row Internal Latch Connector TU2031 Ideal for Automotive Industry
TYU’s newest TU2031 is a 2.0mm pitch single row latch type connector featuring several design elements.
2.0mm Pitch Internal Lock Connector
This is an internal active lock type connector with Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) options. The internal lock provides secure mating between the connectors and uses less space compared to a top lock or side lock design. The TPA option gives customers a choice for a stronger retention force between the terminal and housing and eliminates terminal back out issues. Both vertical and right angle mounting types are available with available circuits from 1X02 to 1X15. The standard contact plating is tin but with options of gold plating up to 30u.
The single row latch type connector's compact design and high mating security make it a favorable connector in the automotive industry for signal transmission (max 3A per pin with 22AWG wire) as it can withstand high shock and vibration environments.
