SUL62029——300mA Ultra Low Noise, Low Dropout, High PSRR LDO for RF Analog Circuits with Ultra-Thin Package
SUL62029 is an LDO with ultra-low noise, high PSRR, low dropout with low quiescent current. It has a 300mA output current capability. The device is designed to work with a 1µF input and output ceramic capacitor. It is very suitable for noise-sensitive, low power consumption requirements, and space limited applications. SUL62029 has OCP function thermal shutdown mode to protect itself during system abnormal situations.
SUL62029 is available in SOT23-5 and tiny WLCSP-4B(0.67mm x 0.67mm) and package. Standard products are Pb-free and Halogen-free.
