LT181 Series Low- and High-Side Voltage Output, Bidirectional Current Sense Amplifiers, Drawing A Maximum of 110μA of Supply Current
The LT181 series of Current Sense Amplifiers (also called current shunt monitors) are designed for cost-optimized applications, that sense voltage drops across current-sense resistors at common-mode voltages from –0.2V to +26V, independent of the supply voltage. The LT181 series integrate a matched resistor gain network in four fixed-gain device options: 20V/V, 50V/V, 100V/V, or 200V/V. This matched gain resistor network minimizes gain error and reduces the temperature drift. The LT181 series operate from a single +2.7-V to +5.5-V power supply, drawing a maximum of 110μA of supply current. The device is specified from -40℃ to +125℃, and offered in SOT23-6L packages.
