3PEAK Introduces the TPC517 Series, a Multi-Channel High-Precision ADC with a 16-Bit Resolution and a Maximum Sampling Rate of 1MSPS
3PEAK, a semiconductor company focusing on high-performance analog chips and embedded processors, introduced the new TPC517 series, a Multi-Channel High-Precision ADC. This device features a built-in high-precision reference and operates within a temperature range of –40℃ to +125℃. The product can be widely applied in areas such as test and measurement, industrial instruments, data acquisition, and medical devices.

No Missing Code
A high-performance ADC often claims "no missing code," meaning that as the input voltage sweeps across the input range, all output code combinations appear sequentially at the converter output. This ensures no missing code when the Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) error is less than ±1LSB. The TPC517 series ADCs feature a 16-bit no-missing-code capability, meeting customers' requirements for high-precision sampling.
Up to an Output Data Rate of 1 MSPS
The TPC517 series supports continuous sampling with a maximum rate of 1 MSPS, covering 500 kSPS and 250 kSPS to meet the system requirements of various applications.
Input Voltage Range
The TPC517 series supports single-supply rail operation, with a VDD supply range of 4.5V to 5.5V. The internal reference voltage is set at 4.096 V, and the external REF voltage range spans from 2V to VDD. The digital interface VIO supports 1.8 V to VDD. The TPC517 series offers both unipolar and bipolar input modes. In the unipolar mode, the input range is from 0 to VREF, while in the bipolar mode, the range spans from –VREF/2 to +VREF/2. The configuration is flexible, catering to various sampling requirements.
