Vincotech's flowPACK 1 H6.5 provides 50A, 75A, or 100A @ 650V with low-voltage ride-through capability in packages optimized for switching frequencies up to 25kHz. This ingenious three-level, H6.5 topology is available now in 12mm, 4-tower flow 1 housings equipped with solder pins or with Press-fit pins. Featuring an IGBT S5 chip, flowPACK 1 H6.5 modules are a very smart alternative indeed for single-phase solar applications.
