Packaged in a low profile 1.55mm durable epoxy BR DFN-A case, this device is ideal for power supply and fast charger applications where component space and height are design constraints. The CBRDFA4-100 can provide full wave AC to DC linear voltage rectification for power supplies and adapters in consumer, industrial, scientific, and medical applications. With a low VF of 1 volt max at 4 amps, this device is an ideal, energy efficient solution.
