Auto-grade TVS diode array TPA23C-24 is effectively dedicated to the protection of CAN Bus
CAN bus is widely used in vehicles, rail transit, medical, industrial control and other industries due to its high reliability and on-time response. For designers, this means that they must consider the electrical noise environment in a wide frequency range-from high-frequency radiated electromagnetic interference (EMI) to common mode conducted interference, and voltage spikes caused by the connection and disconnection of various loads. Although CAN buses are suitable for harsh electrical environments, they are prone to various failure modes without proper protection.
In response to the above protection requirements, DA TECHNOLOGY has launched a two-way, high-power, Auto-grade TVS diode array TPA23C-24, which can effectively protect the instantaneous shock pulse on the CAN bus.
