Teraoka Polyimide Film Thickness 0.025mm Adhesive Tape: Breakdown Voltage Can Reach 9.0kV
669#25 is a tape coated with an acrylic-based adhesive on a polyimide film with excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance.
It is ideal for protecting the electrodes of batteries including lithium-ion batteries, which require heat resistance, insulation, and resistance to electrolytes.
Features:
☆ Excellent peeling resistance to adherends in electrolyte
☆ There is little elution of tape components with respect to the electrolytic solution, and it does not easily affect the battery characteristics.
☆ Excellent heat resistance, insulation, and piercing resistance
Applications:
Electrode protection application of various batteries
