An AC/DC Efficient Off-line Controller CEC150G650PD with Operating Frequency up to 500kHz
CEC150G650PD is an AC/DC efficient off-line controller integrated with high voltage GaN transistors. This product is used for efficient and price-sensitive flyback power supply up to 70W and 100W boost power supply. The CEC150G650PD utilizes feedback from an optical isolator for conventional flyback construction. The operating frequency range is 100-500 kHz, optimized for transformer size and power density.
