driver designed for Infineon’s IGBTs FZ3600R17HP4 and FZ3600R17HP4_B2. The master driver 1SP0635x2MxFZ3600R17HP4
features a fiber-optic interface with a built-in isolated DC/DC power supply. It can be used as
stand-alone driver or in conjunction with up to three 1SP0635D2Sx-FZ3600R17HP4 slaves to drive up to four
parallel-connected IGBT modules of type FZ3600R17HP4 or FZ3600R17HP4_B2.
