● Integrated Device Technology (Inc.) will use a new Cobalt Dichloride free Humidity Indicator Card (HIC) for shipments of all IDT moisture sensitive products effective November 04, 2008. This is applicable to shipments of all products with moisture sensitive level 3 and above.
● The purpose of this change is to further eliminate the use of Cobalt Dichloride (CoCl2) in IDT’s packing material.
● Kindly refer to page 2 for illustration of the Cobalt Dichloride free HIC.
