●Stewart Connector’s SS-60300 Series CAT6a jacksare designed for use in CAT6a patch panels and wall outlets in premise wiring systems. Engineered to meet the 500 MHz requirements of the CAT6a specifications, the SS-60300 jacks provide a higher level of compensation to reach defined performance levels.
Stewart’s patented design utilizes a flexible circuit board placed in close proximity to the modular plug/jack interface which provides capacitive compensation. Having the compensation close to the plug/jack interface helps to cancel the NEXT introduced to the jack from the modular plug. This makes further compensation to CAT6a on the main PCB much easier. The Stewart design incorporating the flex circuit board still enables our jacks to maintain standard modular connector contact designs ensuring mechanical reliability.
