Particle Sensing Monitor

The Particle Sensing Monitor is designed for low-cost monitoring of cleanliness levels in the manufacturing process of precision parts and work environments. It is capable of detecting suspended particles at a low cost and features an easy-to-check 4-step LED display for cleanliness level Class 1,000 to 100,000. The monitor can detect particles over 0.3 µm (or 0.5 µm) and over a few µm. It offers 5 models for suitable application and communication interface. The sensor unit is detachable for continuous measurement during calibration, and an optional temperature and humidity sensor is available.
