●本授权书旨在确认世强先进（深圳）科技股份有限公司(“公司”)为泰科电子（上海）有限公司(“TE”,即一家TE Connectivity公司)的授权经销商，授权其依照TE与公司之间于2025年1月1日生效的《区域经销协议》(“经销协议”)在中国大陆转售TE产品。

●TE产品包括但不限于来自特定TE事业部的连接器、继电器、开关、线缆和其他任何由TE或其关联公司生产并授权公司根据经销协议转售的产品。

●此授权有效期至2026年12月31日。然而，在授权有效期内，经销协议可在某些情形下被提前终止，TE有权自行决定撤销授权并对此撤销不承担任何责任。

●This is to confirm that Shenzhen Sekorm Advanced Technologies Co.,Ltd.("Company"),is an authorized distributor of Tyco Electronics(Shanghai)Co.,Ltd.("TE"),a TE Connectivity company,to resell TE Products within the territory of Mainland China,in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Regional Distribution Agreement("DA")effective from January 1,2025 between TE and Company.

●TE Products include but not limited to connectors,relays,switches,cable assembles,and any products from certain TE Business Units manufactured by TE or TE's affiliates which TE may authorize Company for resale under the DA.

●This certificate is valid till December 31,2026.However,during the term of authorization, DA can be terminated under certain circumstances,and TE shall have the right to revoke the authorization granted hereunder at its own discretion and TE assumes no liability for such revocation;therefore,the above status may change without notice.
