ms80000: 28GBaud PAM4 Linear Transimpedance Amplifier

The ms80000 is a high-performance single-ended 28GBaud linear TIA/varied Gain Amplifier designed for 56GB/s PAM4 transceivers. It operates in either MGC (manual gain control) or AGC (auto gain control) mode, supporting a wide input optical power range. The device features an extremely low input referred noise current density of 12pA√Hz typical at 5KΩ and provides linear amplification up to 2.1mApp at 28G Baud Rate. It includes an RSSI function for monitoring and reporting average optical input power, and offers a high overload capability with a VCCTZ bias voltage. The ms80000 is available in a bare die package and is suitable for 28GBaud Ethernet PAM4 modules, 200GBASE-DR4 modules, and linear receiver optical sub assemblies (ROSAs).
