MS22300LA Dual-CDR Multi-rate Transceiver with EML Driver

MS22300LA is a dual CDR, EML laser driver, and limiting amplifier transceiver designed for low power SFP+ SONET optical modules. It has no reference operation from 9.8 to 11.3Gb/s and integrates EAM/EML laser drivers, suitable for XFP and SFP+ 10Gb/s SONET optical transceivers, 10GBase-ER/ZR optical transceivers, and XFP DWDM optical transceivers. It also features an integrated jitter filter to ensure robust jitter performance, and has a digital control interface and optional jitter filter to meet stringent jitter generation specifications.
