JWH3516 Integrated DC-DC Converter
The JWH3516 is an offline miniature high-voltage power switching regulator featuring on-chip power switch and startup circuits. It integrates all active power, control logic, and protection circuitry. The device can be configured in various single-ended topologies like forward or flyback and is designed for applications requiring up to 20 W. Key features include an integrated 200 V/0.7 Ω power switch, operation up to 1.5 MHz, external frequency synchronization capability, line undervoltage and overvoltage detectors, and cycle-by-cycle current limit. The JWH3516 is suitable for applications such as POE (Power Over Ethernet)/PD, secondary side bias supply, standalone low power dc-dc converter, low power bias supply, and low power boost converter.
