TPSMB-L Series Automotive TVS Diode - Low Clamping Voltage for BMS Analog Front End Chip (AFE/BMIC) Protection

The TPSMB-L Series consists of Low Clamping Voltage TVS diodes designed to protect the Analog Front End chip (AFE/BMIC) of Electric vehicle Battery Management System (BMS) against overvoltage events. These diodes offer robust protection for mainstream AFE/BMICs in 14 to 18 cell architectures within the 800V platform. They are Automotive Grade with AEC-Q101 and PPAP L3 qualifications, featuring a 600W power rating for reliable protection against 8x20us and 10x1000us surges. The series is available in a compact DO-214AA (SMB) package.
