XD/XL4053系列模拟开关是多调制/选择模拟开关，由数字信号控制，具有低导通电阻和低关断漏电流。数字信号幅度为4.5V ~ 18V，可以控制峰值峰值为18V的模拟信号。例如，如果VDD=+5V，Vss=0V，VEE=-13.5V，则从0到5V的数字信号可以控制从-13.5到4.5V的模拟信号，这些开关电路在整个VDD-VSS和VDD-VEE电源范围内具有非常低的静态功耗。XD/XL4053是一款三组2选1双向模拟开关，相当于三组单刀双掷开关。它有三组独立的二进制数字控制输入A、B、C和INH抑制输入，二进制数字控制信号可以设置两个模拟通道中的任何一个处于导通状态。INH输入"1"将所有三组的2选1模拟开关通道设置为关断状态，而输入"0"将所有三组的2选1模拟开关通道设置为导通状态。
