The XC121S051 is an ultra-low power, small size, single-channel 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a high-speed serial interface. It is specified over a sample rate range of 200 KSPS to 500 KSPS and features ±1LSB integral non-linearity (INL) and differential non-linearity (DNL). The converter is designed for battery-powered systems, instrumentation and control systems, remote data acquisition, and portable systems. It offers a variable power management feature and is available in a 6-pin SOT-23 package. The XC121S051 is a drop-in replacement for the ADC121S051 and consumes only half the dynamic power of its counterpart.
