XC101S021 - 50 to 200 KSPS, ULTRA LOW POWER, 10-BIT SAR ANALOG-TO-DIGITAL CONVERTER

The XC101S021 is an ultra-low power, small size, single-channel 10-bit analog-to-digital converter with a high-speed serial interface. It is specified over a sample rate range of 50 KSPS to 200 KSPS and features ±1LSB INL, ±0.75LSB DNL. The converter is compatible with SPI/DSP/MICROWIRE™/QSPI™ serial interfaces and offers variable power management. It consumes low power, with typical values of 1.10mW at 3.3V and 200KSPS, and 2.30mW at 5V and 200KSPS. The XC101S021 is available in a 6-pin SOT-23 package and is a drop-in replacement for the ADC101S021, consuming only one third of the dynamic power.
