CD4094-089是一款由8位串行移位寄存器和8位3态锁存器组成的集成电路。数据通过输入到移位寄存器，在时钟上升沿串行移位。最后一位输出端可用于串联其他器件。Qs输出端的数据在时钟下降沿传送到另一个输出端Qs'。移位寄存器每一位的输出端对应一个锁存器。当STROBE为0时，数据锁存；当STROBE为1时，锁存器中的数据传输到3态输出缓冲器。当OUTPUT ENABLE为1时，三态输出门允许数据并行输出。该产品具有电源电压范围3.0V-15V，高的噪声容限，输出电平和驱动电流可满足TTL接口的要求，封装形式为DIP16和SOP16。
