ULTRA HIGH PURITY BELLOWS VALVES - VCB Series

The VCB Series of bellows valves from Uni-Lok is designed for ultra-high purity applications, such as semiconductor manufacturing. These valves feature a compact design with minimal dead space, and are constructed from materials that comply with SEMI F-20 specifications for UHP grade semiconductor manufacturing. They offer low actuation torque, minimal particle generation, and are available in both panel and bottom mountable configurations. The valves are cleaned in a certified clean room using a special process to minimize moisture, oxygen, and hydrocarbon contributions. They are precision formed and electro-polished for long cycle life, and feature a PCTFE stem tip material for excellent chemical and thermal resistance.
