HN809 / HN810 3-Pin Microprocessor Reset Monitors

HN809/810 微处理器监控电路可用于监控微处理器和数字系统中的电源。它们在电源开启、关闭和欠压条件下向微处理器提供复位。HN809/810 的功能是监控 VCC 供电电压，并在该电压低于工厂编程的复位阈值时断言复位信号。复位信号保持断言，直到 VCC 上升到 VRESET 以上并保持一段时间。HN809 有一个低电平有效的 RESET 输出，而 HN810 有一个高电平有效的 RESET 输出。提供 7 种标准复位电压选项，适用于监控 5V、3.3V 和 3V 供电电压。由于仅具有 15nA 的低供电电流，HN809/810 非常适合用于便携式设备。HN809/HN810 可提供 3 引脚 SOT23 封装。
