带螺丝头平膜芯体 A13/A23系列（mV输出）

该系列产品是基于MEMS(微机电系统)技术的硅压阻式传感器，是一款高稳定性，高精度的OEM压力测量芯体。产品采用国际知名厂商的压力芯片封装，外界压力通过316L不锈钢膜片及内部灌充硅油传递到敏感元件上。芯体与不锈钢316L材料的M20X1.5mm或G1/2螺丝头焊接为一体，感受压力的膜片置于螺丝头前端。产品分为前端带焊接环的A13系列（经济型）和不带焊接环的A23系列（纯平膜型）。每个传感器在出厂前都进行了严格的零点和满度温度补偿，保证了在复杂环境下的测量精度。
