OPT-HDMI2-XXX is a powerful AOC (Active Optical Cable) for uncompressed long-distance extension of HDMI 2.0 (18 Gbps bandwidth), using a hybrid fiber cable. It overcomes the limitation of copper cables that can only extend a few meters uncompressed 4K60, using fiber optics to extend the resolution to 3840x2160@60 Hz, up to a long distance of 328 feet/100 meters. The cable has a plug-and-play design, simply connect the source end marked with 'source' directly to the source's HDMI connection, and connect the display end marked with 'display' to the remote display. OPT series AOC is superior to other cables in terms of physical form and performance, the cable is thin (0.15 inches), light (0.4 pounds/33 feet) and strong (500N tensile and crush load strength). In addition, the cable jacket options meet all US and EU flame retardant requirements, providing low smoke halogen-free and CMP-OF Plenum cable jacket.
