THCV241A-P SerDes transmitter with bi-directional transceiver

The THCV241A-P is a SerDes transmitter designed to support 4K60fps RAW10 8Mpixel uncompressed video data over long-length 100ohm differential STP or single-end 50ohm Coaxial cable using V-by-One® HS. It supports MIPI CSI-2 with up to 1.5Gbps/lane data rate and a virtual channel. The device can transmit up to 1080p60fps over a single V-by-One® HS lane and offers a maximum serial data rate of 4Gbps/lane. The second output lane supports HDR and data copy-and-distribution. It also features remote control and monitoring via GPIO, UART, or a 1Mbps 2-wire serial interface, along with several fault and error detection functions for hardware functional safety. The THCV241A-P is available in a QFN40 5x5mm 0.4mm pitch Exp-pad package.
