The THC63LVD827-Z is a low-power, small-package LVDS transmitter designed for pixel data transmission between a host and a flat panel display, as well as dual-link transmission between a host and a flat panel display up to 1080p/1920x1200 resolutions. It converts 27 bits of CMOS/TTL data into LVDS data stream and supports programming for rising or falling edge clocks. The transmitter offers dual LVDS output with a clock frequency of 87MHz and 609Mbps effective rate per channel, or single LVDS output with a clock frequency of 174MHz and 1218Mbps effective rate per channel. It also features a 21-bit mode for 6-bit color transmission with lower power consumption. The THC63LVD827-Z is designed with a low-power 1.8V CMOS and a 7mm x 7mm/72pin/0.65mm pitch TFBGA package suitable for non-HDI PCBs.
