The SMU4000 Series is a high-performance, four-quadrant Source Measure Unit (SMU) designed for precision measurements and testing. It features ±200V/±20V voltage and current sourcing/sinking capabilities, ±3A current limit, and 25W power handling. The SMU4000 offers 6½ digit resolution with 0.1µV voltage and 100fA current resolution. It is equipped with Powerflex technology for efficient power delivery across a wide voltage range. The unit supports fast measurement speeds up to 200µs (5k/s) and offers continuous or pulsed high-speed outputs with linear/logarithmic or arbitrary list sweeps. The SMU4000 is compact, with an A4 footprint, and includes an intuitive graphical user interface for easy operation. It is suitable for a variety of applications, including battery charging/discharging, I-V characterizing, semiconductor testing, and more.
