The NSL-F(R)-02 is a potentiometric level sensor designed for food and biopharma applications. It features a double rod design and is suitable for continuous level measurement in non-metallic vessels and foaming media. The sensor offers a minimum product conductivity of typically 50 μS/cm and is a hygienic alternative to float sensors. It is used in processes like balance tanks and fillers, storage vessels, and level monitoring in pressurized vessels. The sensor has a hygienic design with a process connection and is made of stainless steel. It supports CIP-/SIP-cleaning up to 143 °C and has a short response time for precise measurements. The sensor head can be twisted for display adjustment, and it offers a current signal for measurement range, dry signal, and error signal. It comes with a Simple User Interface (SUI) and a Large User Interface (LUI) and can be remotely mounted with a cable length up to 30 m.
