Capacitive Limit Switch Pharma NCS

The NCS series of capacitive limit switches are designed for food and biopharmaceutical applications. They are used for detecting limits in liquid media, such as in vessels or pipes, and for monitoring products in pipes. The switches are capable of detecting limits in media with low or no water content, such as alcohols or oils, due to their high dielectric constant requirement (εr (Dk) ≥ 2). The NCS series features a hygienic design, is suitable for CIP/SIP cleaning, and is made of stainless steel and PEEK materials. The switches offer a capacitive measuring principle, are independent of conductivity, and have a short response time. They come in various versions for different process connections and temperature ranges.
